Abstract This study's goal is to determine how experiential marketing and emotional marketing influence consumer loyalty. Quantitative descriptive research is the method employed. Consumers of the Bangkalan Sinjay duck make up the study's sample. and 50 people from the population that was not determined by using 25 times as many variables as the sample size are used. According to the study's findings, customer loyalty is significantly impacted by both emotional and experiential marketing at the same time. and variables that are only partially independent significantly impact the dependent variable. Keywords: consumer loyalty, emotional marketing and experiential marketin

Design and implementation of smart farming system for fig using connected-argonomics

    Get PDF
This paper proposes a design and implementation approach of smart farming system using connected-agronomics technique for fig farm application. Nowadays, fig plants having a rapid growth in the current market demand due to its rich in natural health benefiting nutrients, antioxidants and vitamins where some farming systems have been used  in maintaining fig plant’s environmental resources to grow without fail. Smart farming is a system applied to provide user with real time information and plan for desired plant such as time intervals for watering systems. There are two major problems on maintaining the fig fruit quality; watering system fail during emergency blackout and a contagious disease known as leaf rust due to external environments. The system implements two microcontrollers, the Arduino Uno & Raspberry Pi along with smartphone Android application. The system performance is evaluated based on the requirement specification, irrigation soil, surrounding temperature and moisture. It is found that all data collected by the sensors are within the optimal range of values, which are 1500 µS/cm to 1599 µS/cm for the EC reading of the fertilizer while 6.0 to 6.5 for the pH value of the soil. This prototype of smart farming was well developed and can be applied to the fig plantation environment

Highly homogeneous nitrogen doped titania nanomaterials: Synthesis and characterization

    Get PDF
A series of nitrogen doped titania nanomaterials were synthesized via sol-gel method by using tetraethyl ammonium hydroxide as N source. Doping of N into TiO2 was confirmed via X-ray diffraction (XRD) and fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) analyses. Mixture of anatase and rutile phases appeared in the unmodified TiO2 which was calcined at 773 K. The addition of N to TiO2 matrix led to formation of single phase of anatase. It has been demonstrated that TiO2 and all the N-doped TiO2 materials were in nanoscale ranging 15.91 – 20.82 nm. Change in surface morphology after N doping was detected by field emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM). Results of EDX mapping analysis indicated homogeneous distribution of N dopants

Low sidelobe and wideband characteristics of density tapered arrays for 5G mobile systems

    Get PDF
Conventional mobile base station antennas are composed of equally spaced linear array antennas. In order to achieve low side lobe characteristics, excitation coefficients for array elements are determined by a feeding network. Because of complexity of the feeding network, applicable frequency range is limited. In 5G mobile system, multi frequency band operation is requested. For achieving low sidelobe and wide frequency characteristics, a density tapered array configuration is promising. Because of uniform excitation coefficients, feed network has no frequency dependence and wide frequency range application is expected. In this paper, abilities and design method of low sidelobe characteristics are investigated. By density tapering, sidelobe levels are reduced from-13dB to -16dB. As for wide band characteristics, low sidelobe characteristics are maintained during 28GHz to 56GHz operations. Usefulness of a density tapered array is numerically clarified

This research is about legal protection for workers/laborers at outsourcing service companies in Ternate City related to the protection of the rights of outsourced workers/laborers in which workers' rights are normative rights in the form of permanent or contractual employment relationships, wages/salaries that are in accordance with the UMK, normal working hours, the rights of BPJS Employment and BPJS Health, protection at work using PPE personal protective equipment so that workers/laborers can be protected from the risk of occupational accidents, the company's obligation is to carry out all the fulfillment of workers'/labor's rights which have been regulated in the regulations employment. That legal protection for the people is a preventive and responsive government action. Preventive legal protection aims to prevent disputes from occurring, which directs government actions to be careful in making decisions based on discretion and responsive protection aims to prevent disputes from occurring, including their handling in the judiciary

Prevention of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) Associated with the Aedes Aegypti Larvae Presence Based on the Type of Water Source

Aedes aegypti is the vector of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) disease. Containers are breeding places for DHF vector and the most commonly found larvae in the bath water containers. The presence of Aedes aegypti larvae in a container could be affected by the type of water source besides the container\u27s color, material, location, lid existence and the container\u27s drain frequency. This study was conducted to determine the associate of water source type with larvae presence and the additional factors. This study used observational analytic with case control design. The case group consisted of households using well water and the control group consisted of households using tap water with a sample size of 130 households for each group. The sample was collected by proportional random sampling in five villages. The data was analyzed using a regression logistic test. The significant variables associated with the presence of larvae were the water source type (OR=1.923), container\u27s color (OR=2.345), container\u27s location (OR=2.241), container\u27s lid existence (OR=2.122) and the container\u27s drain frequency (OR=2.260). This study did not consider the significant association of the container\u27s material. The dominant variable associated with the presence of larvae was the container\u27s drain frequency which was controlled by the water source type, container\u27s color and container\u27s location
